Concept
ICF(International Caregiver Federation) has been established with the purpose of contributing to society.
All of the world, facing the prpblem of population ageing
、
caresgive’s role is becoming more and more important.
But Caregiver is not highly evaluated yet.
No one wants to get a job unless it is evaluated correctly.
We would like to make noteworthy.for caregiver and improve social evaluation.
To do this, growth of the caregiver’s evaluation can aim increassing their productivity.
Robot can maeke a contribution it.
We are planning some contests about Caregiver and Robot which can assist them.
国際介護ヘルパー連盟とは
介護ヘルパーに脚光を浴びせ、介護そのものを世界の方がたに注視していただく、
日本をはじめ、世界的に、高齢化社会をむかえる中、介護のテーマは、
ますます重要になってきます。
介護の質と量の両方を問われる時代に入りました。
まず、介護は重要になってくるのに対して、それ相応な社会的評価は、
伴っていないように感じています。
正しい評価がされる仕事でなければ、だれも、その仕事に就こうと思いません。
一方、介護される側からすると、かならずしも、
今の介護サービスが、いきとどいているかというとそうではありません。
介護の質を上げるために、介護ヘルパーならびに、介護ヘルパーをサポートするロボットのレベルアップをはかり、
社会に貢献することを目的に設立されました。
